I’m Nina — a first-time mom with a deep love for slow mornings, good coffee, and building something meaningful from home. Golden Hour Coffee Co. began as a heart project — a way to create comfort and connection through handcrafted drinks while raising my baby boy.
Each recipe has been tested (and tasted) a dozen times over at my kitchen counter, chasing the perfect blend of sweet, cozy, smooth, and a little bit magical.
I’m not licensed yet, but I’m working hard to make this dream official — one step, one cup, and one golden hour at a time.
